EEW is an independently owned Irish Company founded by Tom Byrne in 1979.
EEW now has Eight Branches in the South East of Ireland which are all manned by Experienced and Competent Staff, who are all focused on providing excellent customer service, which has contributed to our position at the forefront of the Irish Electrical Industry both locally and nationally.

If you choose to place your order using EEW, then the delivery of your order is the responsibility of EEW and not the responsibility of Rointe heating.

EEW deliveries are outsourced to an expedited delivery service providing a consistently fast and efficient service.
All products are well packaged with polystyrene or bubbling, and palletised where necessary, to prevent damages during transit.
If you choose to place your order using EEW, then you will be subject to the Returns/Cancellation policy of EEW.
Rointe heating do not accept the responsibility of returns/cancellations or damaged goods.

On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier’s driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as “unexamined”. Should you sign the consignment note as “received in good condition”, you may be liable for any damages.
EEW returns policy:
Our Returns policy is simple, we will accept returns in the following events where Goods are no longer required
(if returned within 7 days of dispatch). The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-salable condition.
(if returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period). The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of EEW.
If we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 7 days of dispatch.
(if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods). NOTE: all returns must be accompanied by a returns authorization number.
