It’s really simple to install a Rointe radiator, whether it’s a D Series, Kyros or Sygma. Here we’ll take you through the process, step-by-step.
You will need some tools for the installation:

All our radiators (except Palaos) are supplied with a template and installation kit to help you install effectively. This should contain a template, 3 upper and 1 lower wall brackets, rawl plugs and the necessary screws.
We also supply an instruction manual for installation, programming and cleaning. If you have mislaid this manual, head to our download section, where you can find all Rointe manuals.
Recommendations for positioning
The process to install Rointe radiators is quite straight-forward, therefore won’t take you too long.
Firstly, you need to choose the correct place to install. As Rointe radiators work via natural convection, it’s important to consider a few things before picking your installation point.
We recommend a wall away from drafts like doors and with sufficient space so the radiator won’t be obscured by furniture.
Radiator installation process
STEP 1

Place the template on the wall with the bottom on the floow and mark the holes with a pencil.

Do not place the template on the skirting board. It must always be placed on the floor.

Drill the holes for the supports.
STEP 3

Fix the upper brackets to the wall using the rawl plugs and screws provided.
STEP 4

Fix the lower bracket using the screws and rawl plugs provided. The lower bracket has a different design to the upper ones.
STEP 5

Remove the side protectors of the radiator and stand upright for positioning.
STEP 6

Extract the cable and plug from the back of the radiator and uncoil.
STEP 7

Lift the radiator and place onto the supports. Lift the radiator higher and then slide down into the brackets.
STEP 8

Plug the cable into your electric socket and switch your radiator on.
